This year you can now choose the equipment and quantity you want in the online catalogue and your order form will be generated for you. Just print it out and send it to us! So whether it’s through our online catalogue or the one you’ve received in your Welcome pack, follow these steps.
Instructions
• Count up all your vouchers – good idea to keep a running total
• Browse our online or paper catalogue
• You'll find the number of vouchers required for whatever you want is clearly displayed in both forms of the catalogue
• Choose the equipment, experiences or events you want and the quantity
• Print out the automatically generated order form online or fill in the order details in the form from the catalogue
• Pack all your vouchers into a sturdy cardboard box – the one that photocopy paper arrives in is ideal
• Send the completed order and your vouchers to us – you can send them for free via DHL

A note about sending us your order:
• You can send us your order from 5 June 2008
• The sooner you send us your order on or after this date the quicker you’ll receive all your requested items
• All orders must be received by us not later than 25 July 2008 or your vouchers will become invalid and hold no monetary value
• This end date applies to all orders, whether sent via DHL or by any other means
Order early to receive a free gift
We have 2 great give-aways this year, one suited to primary organisations and one for secondary organisations. All you need to do to receive one of these is place your order by Friday 27 June 2008. Primary organisations will receive a free set of 5 waterproof drawstring bags, ideal for storing and carrying small items and secondary organisations will receive a free Mitre basketball, suitable for all surfaces.

How to book a PGL experience
Our partnership with PGL enables us to offer you 25% off UK multi-activity weekends and mid-week bookings for travel between 1 August 2008 and 22 March 2009. You can also save 25% on Day Campus all year!
Once you have the total number of AKVs confirmed, choose your centre, duration, and dates you wish to travel. Provisional bookings* can be made from 9 June 2008. Remember to quote AK08 when booking. A booking pack with all the information you need will be sent to you, including codes of practice and risk assessments.
*Provisional bookings will be held for 3-4 weeks. On confirmation of you final booking, you will be asked to pay the standard deposit. The 25% discount will be applied when you make your final payment. For full terms and conditions, please refer to www.pgl.co.uk/activities.
Ordering Live Sport Tickets
All tickets are for matches played during the 2008/2009 season. Dates for these fixtures have not been confirmed, but key season dates and the months of specific fixtures (i.e. finals) have been included alongside their relevant tables. For more information on clubs, please visit the web addresses provided.
A member of the Active Kids Live Sport Team will be in touch as soon as you've sent your AKVs and ordered tickets to watch a specific team.

Active Experiences & Coaching
Make sure you've got enough AKVs for your chosen activity. Then complete the order form - stating Fitness, Dance or Martial Arts (but not the style at this stage). Once everything's verified, we'll send you a letter with an Active experience and coaching voucher, a unique reference number, and a booking hotline number.
We'll write to you to confirm the name of the coach and their contact details. Your coach will visit you on the agreed date and host the session. Remember to give the voucher to your coach on the day of the session.
Active Kits
Select the kits you want from the tables on the Active Kits page.
The order code is comprised of three unique elements: kit type, kit size and kit colour.
For example, if ordering a 7-8 years, red and white long sleeve football kit, choose the following option:
‘ISK1’ (Small Kids, option 1. Please note that only one kit size can be ordered per set, so we suggest you order one size to fit all team members.
